We have filed a criminal complaint against DRC Systems India PVT. LTD. The public prosecutor’s office should examine whether a criminal offence has been committed by DRC Systems India PVT. LTD. We had previously filed a criminal complaint against the headquarters in New York; however, manager Mahesh Sutariya stated that DRC Systems USA LLC. is only an affiliate partner.

Background

We made a payment for an extension, but DRC Systems stated after payment that they could not develop the extension for that amount. The money was therefore to be refunded. To this day, we have received no repayment. This is why we filed a criminal complaint.
