Es erübrigt sich wohl darauf hinzuweisen, dass dieser Vorwurf jeder Grundlage entbehrt. Die Mitarbeiter von DRC Systems hören wohl nicht gern, das ein Kunde nicht zufrieden ist.

Im Zuge um die Bewertung bzw. der Berichterstattung über DRC Systems aus Indien haben wir auf den Offshore Software Developer und unsere Erfahrungen in einem Xing Forum hingewiesen und folgenden Kommentar von einem Senior-Web-Entwickler aus Duisburg bekommen.

Aufgrund dieser Aussage könnte man vermuten, dass man absichtlich mit verschiedenen Standorten arbeitet, um die Kunden in Sicherheit zu wiegen. Bei etwaigen Problemen operiert man dann jedoch offziell nur noch in Indien.
So werden auf der Firmen-Website z.B. auch Telefonnummern aus Deutschland und den USA mit angegeben.
Bei dieser Vorgehensweise von DRC Systems, ist nachvollziehbar, wenn sich Kunden über den tatsächlichen Standort getäuscht fühlen würden. Weitere Verwirrung sorgten in der Vergangenheit bereits die Angabe „Hauptquartier“ in den USA. Einen Artikel hierzu finden Sie hier.
In Verbindung mit DRC Systems aus Indien und dem Thema Gerichtsverfahren sind wir auf die Zahl 1878 aufmerksam geworden. Manager Mahesh Sutariya der Staatsanwaltschaft mit, das es sich bei der Firma in den USA lediglich um einen „affiliate partner“ handeln würde. Kurz zuvor 24.25. Die Verfahrensdauer in Indien ist also sehr lang, wer da auf eine schnelle Lösung hofft, ist vermutlich von allen guten Geistern verlassen. Näheres im folgenden Link:
