DRC Systems from India – Other customers affected?

In the course of our reporting on DRC Systems from India, we posted a note about the offshore software developer and our experiences in a Xing forum. We received the following comment from a senior web developer from Duisburg:

“Yes, they let me down badly too. What a nasty trick. First everything is done through German contacts, and then suddenly everything changes. In the end you pay more than just money. Thanks for the article.”

This statement suggests that DRC Systems may intentionally operate across multiple locations to give customers a false sense of security. When problems arise, however, they operate officially only from India.

Phone numbers from Germany and the USA are also listed on the company website.

This approach by DRC Systems makes it understandable that customers would feel misled about the company’s actual location. Further confusion was caused in the past by the listing of a “headquarters” in the USA.
